These terms govern your use of the Pathem app and patient website, operated by Pathem. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to tech@pathem.health.
What Pathem provides
Pathem supports daily logging, personal planning and viewing connected calendars. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Follow your clinician's treatment instructions. Do not use Pathem to request urgent help; contact appropriate emergency services if needed.
Your account and information
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure and use only records and accounts you are authorised to access. You remain responsible for the information you enter. You keep ownership of your content and permit us to process it to provide the features you request, as described in our privacy policy.
Connected services and reminders
Google integrations and device permissions are optional and governed by their providers' terms as well as your Pathem consent choices. Google events are read-only. Imports, photo lookups and phone reminders may be delayed or unavailable. Check important appointment details and care instructions with their original source. You can disconnect integrations in Settings.
Using the service responsibly
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt to access another person's information, or upload unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Availability and ending use
We work to keep Pathem available, but features may change and the service may be interrupted. Beta features may be incomplete. Any paid service will explain its price and payment terms before you agree to it. You can stop using Pathem and contact us about account deletion. Your clinic may still need to retain its clinical records.
Your legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update the terms and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Your mandatory rights under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.
